Publicly Accessible Art definition

Publicly Accessible Art means art that is accessible to the general public.
Publicly Accessible Art means art which can be reasonably viewed or experienced from the public right-of-way or to which access is unrestricted to members of the public at all times of day.
Publicly Accessible Art means that the public art is clearly visible at all times from public sidewalks, public walkways, public open spaces and privately-owned publicly accessible open space.

  • Consistent with BMC §23C.23, the applicant shall either pay the required in- lieu fee or provide the equivalent amount in a financial guarantee to be released after installation of the On-Site Publicly Accessible Art.

  • On-Site Publicly Accessible Art that is freestanding or consists of site-integrated visual art elements shall be sited within Publicly Accessible areas of the Development Project.

  • A construction budget for the On-Site Publicly Accessible Art component of the Development Project.

  • The placement of pre-existing artworks and restoration or preservation of existing historic artworks and Artist-designed elements on building facades and other Publicly Accessible areas may be considered On-Site Publicly Accessible Art in limited circumstances if, by the determination of the Civic Arts Coordinator, they are appropriate to the site and integrated into the design of the Development Project.

Interior accessible routes may include corridors, floors, ramps, elevators, and lifts. Exterior accessible routes may include parking access aisles, curb ramps, walks, ramps, and lifts. A route that complies with the appropriate requirements of ANSI A117.1 or a comparable standard is an accessible route.

  • Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.

  • Rating Agencies Information Website The internet website with respect to the Notes, initially located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, access to which is limited to the Rating Agencies and NRSROs who have been provided access.
