Reporting Date definition

Reporting Date means the 7th day of each Month following the Month to which the relevant Management Information relates, or such other date as may be agreed between the Parties;
Reporting Date means the second Business Day preceding the related Payment Date.
Reporting Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(o).

More Definitions of Reporting Date

Reporting Date means March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each year.
