  • The powers specified in paragraph 4 may not be exercised in relation to any cancellable generating unit agreement earlier than the date appearing opposite that cancellable generating unit agreement as set out in Schedule 8 of the combined Transmission and Public Electricity Supply Licences granted to Northern Ireland Electricity plc.

  • The Licensee shall make arrangements in accordance with paragraph 3 to secure the complete and effective separation of the Public Electricity Supply Business, including full operational and managerial independence, from any affiliate or related undertaking of the Licensee, or any affiliate of any related undertaking of the Licensee, or the Intermediary Activity, or any other Regulated Business of the Licensee.
