Public Electricity Supply definition

Public Electricity Supply means the business of the Board for the supply ofBusiness" electricity to final customers;
Public Electricity Supply means the business of the Board for theBusiness" supply of electricity to final customers;
Public Electricity Supply means this Schedule as from time to timecharge restriction modified or replaced in accordance therewith conditions" or pursuant to Article 14, 17, 17A or 18 of the Order or under the Energy Order;

  • The Licensee shall make arrangements in accordance with paragraph 3 to secure the complete and effective separation of the Public Electricity Supply Business, including full operational and managerial independence, from any affiliate or related undertaking of the Licensee, or any affiliate of any related undertaking of the Licensee, or the Intermediary Activity, or any other Regulated Business of the Licensee.

  • Air Transportation Business means the carriage by aircraft of persons or property as a common carrier for compensation or hire, or carriage of cargo or mail by aircraft, in air commerce, as defined in 49 U.S.C. § 40102, as amended.

  • Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;

  • Public water supply system means a system for the provision to the public of piped water for human consumption, if the system has at least fifteen service connections or regularly serves at least twenty-five individuals.
