Prudential Regulations definition

Prudential Regulations means the prudential regulations for banks issued by the Bank of Italy on 17 December 2013 with Circular No. 285 (Disposizioni di vigilanza per le banche) as amended and supplemented from time to time.
Prudential Regulations means Prudential Regulations or other regulations as are notified from time to time by SBP;
Prudential Regulations means the rules, regulations, directions, orders and circulars issued, from time to time, by the State Bank under the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962 (LVII of 1962) and any other law administered by the State Bank and constituting the regulatory framework applicable to the Bank;
