Proposed Product Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.2.
Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).
Selection Notice means a notice substantially in the form set out in Part II of Schedule 3 (Requests) given in accordance with Clause 9 (Interest Periods).
Xxxxx Notice means the Notice of Grant of Stock Option accompanying the Agreement, pursuant to which Optionee has been informed of the basic terms of the option evidenced hereby.
Opt-Out Notice has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(a) of this Agreement.
Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).
Proposed Transfer Notice means written notice from a Key Holder setting forth the terms and conditions of a Proposed Key Holder Transfer.
FOIA Notice means a decision notice, enforcement notice and/or an information notice;
CAFA Notice means the notice of this Settlement to be served upon State and Federal authorities as required by the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. § 1715.
Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
Pre-Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.13.
Term SOFR Notice means a notification by the Administrative Agent to the Lenders and the Borrower of the occurrence of a Term SOFR Transition Event.
Offer Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Step-Out Notice has the meaning given to it in Section 8.1.
OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Publication Notice means the summary notice of proposed Settlement and hearing for publication substantially in the form attached as Tab 3 to Exhibit A.
Offering Notice shall have the meaning set out in Section 3.1;
Auction Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.
Transfer Notice Date has the meaning given to it in Section 2.06.
Secondary Notice means written notice from the Company notifying the Investors and the selling Key Holder that the Company does not intend to exercise its Right of First Refusal as to all shares of Transfer Stock with respect to any Proposed Key Holder Transfer.
Delivery Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA.
Buy-Sell Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.1(a).
Step-In Notice has the meaning set out in Section 3.1;
Objection Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.
Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.
Acceptance Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(d)(iii).
