Proposed Final Plans definition

Proposed Final Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 5(c) below.
Proposed Final Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 5.02 below. “Ready for Occupancy” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.04.

  • Within three (3) days of approval of any Proposed Final Plans and their designation as “Final Plans” hereunder, the Authority, StadiumCo or the Construction Manager, as appropriate, shall apply for a building permit and all other permits necessary for construction of the Stadium Project Improvements, and the Construction Manager shall commence construction of the Stadium Project Improvements immediately upon receipt of all necessary permits and proceed with all due diligence until Completion.

  • Once the Proposed Final Plans shall have been approved by StadiumCo and the Authority, such Proposed Final Plans will be delivered to MLS, and once approved by MLS, such Proposed Final Plans shall constitute the “Final Plans” for all purposes under this Development Agreement.

  • StadiumCo, the Project Architect and Authority will meet within five (5) business days from the date of Authority’s written list to discuss such areas of concern in good faith to consider possible adjustments to the Proposed Final Plans.

  • If Tenant proposes changes to the Proposed Final Plans and/or Landlord's proposed Interior Improvement Cost Estimate, Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold its approval of such changes and the parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on specific required modifications to the Proposed Final Plans and Landlord's proposed Interior Improvement Cost Estimate as a consequence of such changes.

  • Proposed Plan As defined in Section 3.17(a)(iii).

  • Final Plans with respect to any particular work or improvement means Plans which (i) have received final approval from all governmental authorities required to approve such Plans prior to completion of the work or improvements and (ii) contain sufficient specificity to permit the completion of the work or improvement.

  • Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.

  • Proposed Works means the sewage works described in the Owner's application, this Certificate and in the supporting documentation referred to herein, to the extent approved by this Certificate;

  • Proposed Transfer Notice means written notice from a Key Holder setting forth the terms and conditions of a Proposed Key Holder Transfer.

  • Term SOFR Notice means a notification by the Administrative Agent to the Lenders and the Borrower of the occurrence of a Term SOFR Transition Event.

  • Approved Plans means a stock option or similar plan for the benefit of employees or others which has been approved by the stockholders of the Acquiror.

  • Proposed decision means the presiding officer’s recommended findings of fact, conclusions of law, decision, and order in a contested case in which the administrator did not preside.

  • Subsequent Financing Notice shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.12(b).

  • Final plat means the recordable map or other graphical representation of land that complies with Utah Code Xxx. § 10-9a-603 (July, 2021), or any successor provision, and the City’s Vested Laws, and is approved by the City, effectuating a Subdivision of any portion of the Project.

  • Proposed Contract means the agreement including any other terms and conditions contained in or referred to in this RFP that may be executed between the DBSA and the successful Bidder.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Proposed Sale has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Identical plans means building plans submitted to a municipality that:

  • Plan Supplement Filing Date means the date or dates on which the Plan Supplement shall be filed with the Bankruptcy Court. The first Plan Supplement Filing Date shall be at least seven days prior to the Voting Deadline or such later date as may be approved by the Bankruptcy Court without further notice.

  • As built plans means drawings depicting conditions as they were actually constructed.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Proposed permit means a VSMP permit prepared after the close of the public comment period (and, when applicable, any public hearing and administrative appeals) that is sent to EPA for review before final issuance. A proposed permit is not a draft permit.

  • Proposed Change has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c).

  • Initial Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(a).

  • Proposed Acquirer means a Person proposed by a Respondent (or a Divestiture Trustee) to the Commission and submitted for the approval of the Commission as the acquirer for particular assets or rights required to be assigned, granted, licensed, divested, transferred, delivered or otherwise conveyed pursuant to this Order.

  • Closed panel plan means a plan that provides health benefits to covered persons primarily in the form of services through a panel of providers that have contracted with or are employed by the plan, and that excludes benefits for services provided by other providers, except in cases of emergency or referral by a panel member.

  • Subsequent Financing shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.12(a).

  • Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.

  • Superior Proposal Notice has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(1)(c).
