Examples of Proposed Final Plans in a sentence
Within three (3) days of approval of any Proposed Final Plans and their designation as “Final Plans” hereunder, the Authority, StadiumCo or the Construction Manager, as appropriate, shall apply for a building permit and all other permits necessary for construction of the Stadium Project Improvements, and the Construction Manager shall commence construction of the Stadium Project Improvements immediately upon receipt of all necessary permits and proceed with all due diligence until Completion.
Once the Proposed Final Plans shall have been approved by StadiumCo and the Authority, such Proposed Final Plans will be delivered to MLS, and once approved by MLS, such Proposed Final Plans shall constitute the “Final Plans” for all purposes under this Development Agreement.
StadiumCo, the Project Architect and Authority will meet within five (5) business days from the date of Authority’s written list to discuss such areas of concern in good faith to consider possible adjustments to the Proposed Final Plans.
In the event the Authority and StadiumCo are unable to discuss and agree on the Proposed Final Plans on or before April 5, 2020, the original Proposed Final Plans submitted by StadiumCo to the Authority shall be the Proposed Final Plans submitted to MLS for approval, and upon such approval by MLS, such approved Proposed Final Plans shall constitute the Final Plans for all purposes under this Development Agreement.
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Proposed Final Plans must be ready to submit to MLS no later than April 5, 2020.

Proposed Final Plans and Authorization to Expend Funds, Greenberg Indoor Sports Complex Renovation, University Park Multiple University Park buildings housing science laboratories are being renovated as part of the University’s five year capital renewal plan.
Promptly following approval of any Proposed Final Plans and their designation as “Final Plans” hereunder, Bristol or the Design-Builder, as appropriate, shall apply for a building permit and all other permits necessary for construction of the Project Improvements, and the Design-Builder shall commence construction of the Project Improvements immediately upon receipt of all necessary permits and proceed with all due diligence until Completion.
The Proposed Final Plans, as approved or deemed approved by Lessee, or revised to incorporate Lessee’s requested changes thereto, shall be referred to herein as the “Final Plans”.
If Tenant proposes changes to the Proposed Final Plans and/or Landlord's proposed Interior Improvement Cost Estimate, Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold its approval of such changes and the parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on specific required modifications to the Proposed Final Plans and Landlord's proposed Interior Improvement Cost Estimate as a consequence of such changes.
