Examples of Producer and in a sentence

  • The Parties shall net all undisputed amounts due and owing or past due and owing arising under the Transaction Documents to which Producer and Midstream Co are parties such that the Party owing the greater amount shall make a single payment of the net amount to the other Party.

  • All Interests now owned or hereafter acquired by Producer and located wholly within the Dedicated Acreage.

  • Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary herein, Producer shall be solely responsible for any damage to any trucks, railcars, equipment, or vessels caused by acts or omissions of Producer and its consignees.

  • Producers means the agents, general agents, sub-agents, brokers, wholesale brokers, independent contractors, consultants, affinity groups, insurance solicitors, producers or other Persons who sell the Insurance Contracts.
