Process Agent Appointment definition

Process Agent Appointment has the meaning given to it in Section 3.1(a)(xiv).
Process Agent Appointment means an agreement between the Borrower and the Agent for Service of Process in respect of the appointment of that process agent by the Borrower and the Guarantor.
Process Agent Appointment means an appointment and acceptance of process agent pursuant to which the Borrower appoints Corporation Service Company as agent for service of process in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Operative Documents.

Related to Process Agent Appointment

  • Process Agent has the meaning specified in Section 9.12(a).

An Authorized Agent must sign all documents in the Bid Packet on behalf of the Seller. Under Oklahoma law, the Authorized Agent for each of the following types of entities is as stated below:

  • Repo Custodian shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
