Prior Transaction definition

Prior Transaction means a transaction concluded prior to the commencement of this Act that would otherwise fall within the scope of this Act; and
Prior Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(g).
Prior Transaction means any transaction relating to the acquisition or disposition, directly or indirectly, by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries of any assets.

More Definitions of Prior Transaction

Prior Transaction means the transactions entered into by the Parties and certain of their Affiliates in connection with the Share Purchase Agreement, dated July 21, 2000, by and between, among others, ITI and SBS.
