Prior Investors definition

Prior Investors means Perceptive Life Sciences Master Fund, Ltd., a Cayman Islands exempted company; venBio Select Fund LLC, a Delaware limited liability company; OrbiMed Partners Master Fund Limited, a Bermuda exempted company; and The Biotech Growth Trust PLC, a United Kingdom investment trust.

Prior Investors means the holders of all of the preferred shares of the Company issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Closing and the Recapitalization, as such terms are defined in the A1 Share Purchase agreement.

More Definitions of Prior Investors

Prior Investors means the Persons who acquired Common Stock and Common Stock Purchase Warrants pursuant to a Securities Purchase Agreement dated as of September 9, 2013.
