Prior Permission definition

Prior Permission means the permission issued by the Ministry in respect of Projects listed in Annex 1 ‘Categorization of Economic Activities for Assessment Purposes’, setting forth environmental conservation terms and conditions in accordance with Section 24 of the Law.

  • Planning Permission means any permission, consent or approval given under the Planning Acts;

  • Transferred Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).
