This Section 8.2 shall supersede any contrary provision of the Program Agreements (including without limitation the termination provisions of Section 9.3.1 of the Prior License Agreement).
To the extent, and only to the extent, necessary to cause the immediately preceding -20- sentence to be true and accurate, each of Allergan, Ligand and ALRT hereby agree that the licenses contained in the first sentence of such sections of the Prior License Agreement (disregarding such cross-referencing clauses) shall continue indefinitely on a non-exclusive basis, and shall not terminate upon termination of the Prior License Agreement.
