Prior 1993B Trustee means PNC Bank, Kentucky, Inc. (now known as JPMorgan Chase Bank), acting as trustee in respect of the Refunded 1993 Series B Bonds.
Class A Trustee means the trustee for the Class A Pass Through Trust.
NIM Trustee The trustee for the NIM Securities.
Class B Trustee Class C Certificate", "Class C Certificateholder", "Class C Trust", "Class C Trustee", "Class D Certificate" and "Class D Trust", shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Co-Trustee has the meaning set forth in the Basic Servicing Agreement.
Escrow Trustee means the bank or trust company designated by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award as the initial escrow agent with respect to the Refunded Bonds under the Escrow Agreement and until a successor Escrow Trustee shall have become such pursuant to the provisions of the Escrow Agreement and, thereafter, "Escrow Trustee" shall mean the successor Escrow Trustee.
Class C Trustee Class D Certificate" and "Class D Trust", shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Master Trust Trustee means the entity acting as trustee under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
Continuing Trustee means any member of the Board of Trustees who either (a) has been a member of the Board of Trustees for a period of at least thirty-six months (or since the commencement of the Trust’s operations, if less than thirty-six months) or (b) was nominated to serve as a member of the Board of Trustees by a majority of the Continuing Trustees then members of the Board of Trustees.
Underlying Securities Trustee means The Bank of New York.
Trustee means any person, including the founder of a trust, to whom property is bequeathed in order for such property to be administered for the benefit of another person.
Eligible Lender Trustee shall also mean each successor Eligible Lender Trustee as of the qualification of such successor as Eligible Lender Trustee under the Trust Agreement.
Interim Eligible Lender Trustee shall also mean each successor Interim Eligible Lender Trustee as of the qualification of such Interim Eligible Lender Trustee under the Interim Trust Agreement.
Class A Trust Has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Bond Trustee means the company designated as such in the preamble to these Bond Terms, or any successor, acting for and on behalf of the Bondholders in accordance with these Bond Terms.

Successor Property Trustee has the meaning specified in Section 6.6(b).
Class A Trust Agreement means the Basic Agreement, as supplemented by the Trust Supplement No. 2016-2A-S thereto, governing the creation and administration of the United Airlines Pass Through Trust 2016-2A-S and the issuance of the Class A Certificates, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.
Delaware Trustee means, with respect to the Trust, the Person identified as the “Delaware Trustee” in the Trust Agreement, solely in its capacity as Delaware Trustee of the Trust under the Trust Agreement and not in its individual capacity, or its successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor Delaware Trustee appointed as therein provided.
Owner Trustee means Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware trust company, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee under this Agreement, and any successor Owner Trustee hereunder.
Note A-2 Trustee means the trustee under the Note A-2 PSA.
Trust Agent means U.S. Bank, as Trust Agent under the Titling Trust Agreement.
New Securities Trustee means a bank or trust company reasonably satisfactory to the Initial Purchasers, as trustee with respect to the New Securities under the New Securities Indenture.
Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as supplemental interest trust trustee, and any successor thereto.
Note A-1 Trustee means the trustee under the Note A-1 PSA.
Canadian Trustee means the Person named as the “Canadian Trustee” in the first paragraph of this Indenture until a successor Canadian Trustee shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter “Canadian Trustee” shall mean or include each Person who is then a Canadian Trustee hereunder; provided, however, that if at any time there is more than one such Person, “Canadian Trustee” as used with respect to the Securities of any series shall mean only the Canadian Trustee with respect to Securities of that series.
U.S. Trustee means the Office of the United States Trustee for the District of Delaware.
