Principal Residential definition

Principal Residential. Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., an Iowa corporation, and its successors and assigns, in its capacity as seller of the Principal Residential Mortgage Loans to the Transferor.

These loans can be treated as Restructured Loans on a commercially reasonable basis and can be a restructured under terms separate from the Exhibit 5 standards.
