Principal Acts definition

Principal Acts means the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 and the Smoking, Health and Social Care (Scotland Act) 2005;
Principal Acts means the Native Title Act, LAA, Racial Discrimination Xxx 0000 (Cth), Port Authorities Act, Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969 (WA), Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources Xxx 0000 (WA), Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Xxx 0000 (WA), Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Xxx 0000 (Cth), Western Australian Land Authority Xxx 0000 (WA) and the Xxxx Xxxxx Xxx 0000 (WA).
Principal Acts means the: (a) NTA; (b) Mining Act [1978 (WA)]; (c) Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth); (d) [Iron Ore Processing (Mineralogy Pty Ltd) Agreement Act 2002 (WA)]; (e) [Land Administration Act 1997 (WA)]; and (f) [Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969 (WA)], in their form from time to time.
