PRI Guidelines definition

PRI Guidelines has the meaning given to such term in Section 5.03(a) hereof.
PRI Guidelines means the list of prohibited countries and countries with respect to which PRI must be obtained as set forth in the PRI Guidelines attached as Exhibit D hereto, as amended from time to time with written notice to each Rating Agency.
PRI Guidelines means the list of prohibited countries and countries with respect to which PRI must be obtained as set forth in the PRI Guidelines attached as Exhibit F hereto, as amended from time to time subject to the receipt of a Rating Agency Confirmation.

  • Modification Guidelines has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a) of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.
