The Artist's Proposal Fee includes one (1) working meeting for purposes of conducting site visit and/or meeting with the Project’s Design Team and the County as may be deemed appropriate to complete the Services outlined in this agreement, and one (1) meeting to present the design proposal to the Professional Advisory Committee panel for review (the "Proposal Presentation Meeting").
