Prepayment Cost definition

Prepayment Cost has the meaning ascribed thereto in the CCB.
Prepayment Cost means, with respect to the prepayment (or, in the circumstances referred to in Section 8.1(b), repayment) of any principal ------------- amount of any Note, the sum of (a) any costs or expenses incurred by the holder of such Note in making reasonable alternative arrangements in connection with the re-deployment or re-investment of amounts so prepaid or repaid (including, without limitation, any such costs or expenses incurred in connection with the termination or implementation of any Swap) plus (b) two percent of the principal amount prepaid.

Prepayment Cost has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(b) hereof.
Prepayment Cost means, on the early discharge of a Purchased Receivable which is a Housing Loan bearing a fixed rate of interest (other than a Receivable subject to a concessionary rate of interest for 12 months or less), the amount (if any) owed by the relevant Obligor and collected by Westpac, in accordance with the relevant Receivable Agreement.

"PREPAYMENT RATE DETERMINATION DATE" shall mean the date which is five (5) Business Days prior to the prepayment date.

  • Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (a) the aggregate of all Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred in connection with the receipt of Principal Prepayments on the Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period, exceeds (b) the aggregate amount deposited by the Master Servicer in the Certificate Account for such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.19 in connection with such Prepayment Interest Shortfalls.
