Prepayment Installment definition
Prepayment Installment means the amount of the prepaid principal which would have been paid on a single Original Payment Date.
Prepayment Installment has the meaning set forth in Exhibit 1 Prepayment.
Prepayment Installment any installment of principal designated as a prepayment on the Term Note.
