Prepaid Asset definition

Prepaid Asset. Any Asset (other than a Charged-Off Asset) that was terminated or has been prepaid in full or in part prior to its scheduled expiration date.

  • Retained asset account means any mechanism whereby the settlement of proceeds payable under a policy or contract is accomplished by the insurer or an entity acting on behalf of the insurer depositing the proceeds into an account with check or draft writing privileges, where those proceeds are retained by the insurer or its agent, pursuant to a supplementary contract not involving annuity benefits other than death benefits.

  • Excluded Asset means any asset of any Grantor excluded from the security interest hereunder by virtue of Section 2.2 hereof but only to the extent, and for so long as, so excluded thereunder.

  • Collateral Value The appraised value of a Mortgaged Property based upon the lesser of (i) the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the sales price of such Mortgaged Property at such time of origination. With respect to a Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were used to refinance an existing mortgage loan, the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) obtained at the time of refinancing.

  • Settlement Asset means any cash, receivable or other property, including a Settlement Receivable, due or conveyed to a Person in consideration for a Settlement made or arranged, or to be made or arranged, by such Person or an Affiliate of such Person.

  • Liquid Assets mean Borrower's cash on hand plus Borrower's readily marketable securities.

  • Prepayment Asset Sale means any Disposition by the Borrower or its Restricted Subsidiaries made pursuant to Section 6.07(h).

  • Purchased Loan A motor vehicle retail installment loan relating to the sale of an automobile or light-duty truck originated by a Dealer, purchased by CAC or a subsidiary from such Dealer and evidenced by a motor vehicle retail installment sales contract.

  • Portfolio Asset means an asset of an investment fund;

  • Specified Asset Sale has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(vi).

  • Purchased Loans means, with respect to each Purchase Agreement, the Loans offered for sale and purchased or substituted pursuant to such Purchase Agreement.

  • Fixed Asset means a tangible non-current asset, including buildings and equipment, acquired not for sale but for use for the Project during the Eligible Expenditure Period;

  • Allocated Loan Amount means, for an Individual Property, the amount set forth on Schedule II attached hereto.

  • Spread Value means, with respect to a share of Stock subject to an Award, an amount equal to the excess of the Fair Market Value, on the date such value is determined, over the Award’s exercise or grant price, if any.

  • Modified Asset Any Serviced Loan as to which any Servicing Transfer Event has occurred and which has been modified by the Special Servicer pursuant to Section 3.24 of this Agreement in a manner that:

  • Transferred Asset means each asset, including any Loan Asset and Substitute Loan Asset (including, if any, the Participation thereof), Conveyed by the Seller to the Purchaser hereunder, including with respect to each such asset, all Related Property; provided that the foregoing will exclude the Retained Interest and the Excluded Amounts.

  • Liquidated Loan Loss With respect to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the amount of losses with respect to each Mortgage Loan which became a Liquidated Loan during the Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period with respect to Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts for such Distribution Date, equal to the excess of (i) the unpaid principal balance of each such Liquidated Loan, plus accrued interest thereon in accordance with the amortization schedule at the time applicable thereto at the applicable Net Mortgage Interest Rate from the Due Date as to which interest was last paid with respect thereto through the last day of the month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs, over (ii) Net Liquidation Proceeds with respect to such Liquidated Loan.

  • Sale Assets is defined in Section 5.2(a)(ii).

  • Liquidated Loan A Mortgage Loan with respect to which the related Mortgaged Property has been acquired, liquidated or foreclosed and with respect to which the applicable Servicer determines that all Liquidation Proceeds which it expects to recover have been recovered.

  • Net Tangible Assets means the total of all assets (including revaluations thereof as a result of commercial appraisals, price level restatement or otherwise) appearing on the Company’s balance sheet, net of applicable reserves and deductions, but excluding goodwill, trade names, trademarks, patents, unamortized debt discount and all other like intangible assets (which term shall not be construed to include such revaluations), less the aggregate of the Company’s current liabilities appearing on such balance sheet. For purposes of this definition, the Company's balance sheet does not include assets and liabilities of its subsidiaries.

  • Collateral Loan means a loan, debt obligation, debt security or participation therein acquired by the Borrower.

  • Underlying Asset means the object or underlying asset in a CFD which may be Currency Pairs (for FX Contracts), Equity Indices, base or precious Metals, Forwards, Commodities, Stocks, Shares Indices and Futures. It is understood that the list is subject to change and Clients must refer each time on the Trading Platform.
