Definition of Practice

  1. Practice means the tattoo removal services and any other services provided by Debtor and the "Licensed Health Professionals," as such term is defined in the MSA, at any and all Practice Sites.
  2. Practice means to make, have made, manufacture, have manufactured, use, offer to sell, sell, market, distribute, import, or export.
  3. Practice means Northwest Arkansas Primary Care Physicians, P.A.

Examples of Practice in a sentence

  1. Unless otherwise expressly agreed by the L/C Issuer and the Borrower when a Letter of Credit is issued (including any such agreement applicable to an Existing Letter of Credit), (i) the rules of the ISP shall apply to each standby Letter of Credit, and (ii) the rules of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, as most recently published by the International Chamber of Commerce at the time of issuance shall apply to each commercial Letter of Credit.
  2.
