Post-2000 Award definition

Post-2000 Award means any Award granted hereunder with respect to calendar years beginning after December 31, 2000.
Post-2000 Award means any Award subject to the provisions of Article II hereof.

Related to Post-2000 Award

  • 3(i) Award means an Award granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is a Non- Employee.

  • LTIP Award means each or any, as the context requires, LTIP Award issued under any Equity Incentive Plan.

  • Prior Plan Award means an award outstanding under the Prior Plan as of the Effective Date.

  • RSU means a contractual right granted pursuant to Section 9 that is denominated in Shares. Each RSU represents a right to receive the value of one Share (or a percentage of such value) in cash, Shares or a combination thereof. Awards of RSUs may include the right to receive dividend equivalents.

  • Appreciation Award means any Stock Option or any Other Stock-Based Award that is based on the appreciation in value of a share of Common Stock in excess of an amount at least equal to the Fair Market Value on the date such Other Stock-Based Award is granted.
