Portfolio Finalization Date definition
Portfolio Finalization Date. The date which is the earliest of (i) the 120th day after the Closing Date; (ii) the first date on which the Aggregate Principal Balance of the Pledged Loan Obligations is at least equal to the Portfolio Finalization Date Collateral Principal Balance and (iii) the date that the Loan Obligation Manager determines, in its sole discretion, and notifies the Trustee of such determination, that investment in Additional Loan Obligations is no longer practical or desirable.
