Portable Account definition

Portable Account means the “cash balance account” established for a Portable Account Participant, the balance of which will equal the sum of the annual compensation credits and Interest Credits allocated under Section 5.3(g) to such account pursuant to the Portable Account Formula.

Examples of Portable Account in a sentence

  • For Plan Years beginning after December 31, 2007, each Participant who has at least one Hour of Service on or after January 1, 2008 will accrue either a Portable Account Benefit or a Final Average Compensation Formula benefit, but not both.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Participant may not repay any distribution of his Portable Account.

  • If a Participant is eligible to accrue a Portable Account Benefit, he shall not be eligible to accrue a Final Average Compensation Formula benefit.

  • If a Participant is eligible to accrue a Portable Account Benefit, he or she shall not be eligible to accrue a Final Average Compensation Formula benefit.

  • Payment may be made as of the first day of the month after the Portable Account Participant dies or as of the first day of any subsequent month on or before the Participant’s Normal Retirement Date.

  • This Section 4.6 shall not apply to a Portable Account Participant.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Participant who is eligible for a Portable Account Benefit may continue to increase his Final Average Compensation.

  • Alternatively, such a Participant may defer commencement of the Portable Account Benefit to his Earliest Commencement Age but no later than his Normal Retirement Date.

  • Other than as expressly set forth under Section 5.3(g), no additional Portable Account Benefits shall be earned by any individual following their hire date, rehire date, or date of transfer to Employee status on or after July 1, 2016.

  • An electronic fund transfer is any transfer of funds which is performed through the use of Your Card, Our Audio Account Access Audio Response System, Our CUe-Branch Personal Computer Account Access System, Our Mobile Banking Portable Account Access System, E-Check or other electronic device.

  • Reportable Account The term “Reportable Account” means an account held by one or more Reportable Persons or by a Passive NFE with one or more Controlling Persons that is a Reportable Person.

  • U.S. Reportable Account means a Financial Account maintained by a Reporting [FATCA Partner] Financial Institution and held by one or more Specified U.S. Persons or by a Non-U.S. Entity with one or more Controlling Persons that is a Specified U.S. Person. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an account shall not be treated as a U.S. Reportable Account if such account is not identified as a U.S. Reportable Account after application of the due diligence procedures in Annex I.

  • Applicable Account means, with respect to any payment to be made to the Administrative Agent hereunder, the account specified by the Administrative Agent from time to time for the purpose of receiving payments of such type.

  • Eligible Account Any of (i) an account or accounts maintained with a federal or state chartered depository institution or trust company the short-term unsecured debt obligations of which (or, in the case of a depository institution or trust company that is the principal subsidiary of a holding company, the debt obligations of such holding company) have the highest short-term ratings of each Rating Agency at the time any amounts are held on deposit therein, or (ii) an account or accounts in a depository institution or trust company in which such accounts are insured by the FDIC or the SAIF (to the limits established by the FDIC or the SAIF, as applicable) and the uninsured deposits in which accounts are otherwise secured such that, as evidenced by an Opinion of Counsel delivered to the Trustee and to each Rating Agency, the Certificateholders have a claim with respect to the funds in such account or a perfected first priority security interest against any collateral (which shall be limited to Permitted Investments) securing such funds that is superior to claims of any other depositors or creditors of the depository institution or trust company in which such account is maintained, or (iii) a trust account or accounts maintained with (a) the trust department of a federal or state chartered depository institution or (b) a trust company, acting in its fiduciary capacity or (iv) any other account acceptable to each Rating Agency. Eligible Accounts may bear interest, and may include, if otherwise qualified under this definition, accounts maintained with the Trustee.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Note Account As defined in the Indenture.

  • Distribution Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Reserve Account Draw Amount means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Available Funds Shortfall Amount, if any, for such Payment Date and (b) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on such Payment Date; provided, however, that if such Payment Date is the Redemption Date, the “Reserve Account Draw Amount” shall mean an amount equal to the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account on the Redemption Date.

  • Debt Service Account means the Debt Service Account for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 (within the Bond and Interest Fund) created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Certificate Account Deposit Date As to any Distribution Date, the Business Day prior thereto.

  • Custodial Account The separate account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 4.04.

  • Yield Supplement Account means the account designated as such, and established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.01.

  • Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Ineligible Account means an Account that at the time of determination is not an Eligible Account.

  • Custodial P&I Account The Custodial P&I Account, as defined in each of the Servicing Agreements, with respect to the Mortgage Loans. In determining whether the Custodial P&I Account under any Servicing Agreement is "acceptable" to the Master Servicer (as may be required by the definition of "Eligible Account" contained in the Servicing Agreements), the Master Servicer shall require that any such account shall be acceptable to each of the Rating Agencies. Custodian: Initially, the Trustee, and thereafter the Custodian, if any, hereafter appointed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 8.13, or its successor in interest under the Custodial Agreement. The Custodian may (but need not) be the Trustee or any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control of the Trustee. Neither a Servicer, nor the Seller nor the Master Servicer nor any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control with any such Person may be appointed Custodian.

  • Interest Collection Account A sub-account of the Collection Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Collections Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a) hereof.

  • Disbursement Account means, in respect of each Tranche, the bank account set out in the most recent List of Authorised Signatories and Accounts.

  • Custodial Accounts Each Custodial Account (other than an Escrow Account) established and maintained by a Servicer pursuant to a Servicing Agreement with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Liquidity Account has the meaning set forth in Section 6.22(a).

  • L/C Cash Deposit Account means an interest bearing cash deposit account to be established and maintained by the Agent, over which the Agent shall have sole dominion and control, upon terms as may be satisfactory to the Agent.

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.
