pooling account definition

pooling account means the bank account into which the proceeds of a pool are deposited;
pooling account means account of MPSeDC with Branch of Bank. It is a Nodal account
pooling account means the account opened at the Pooling Branch for the purpose of pooling the collections and/or to receive the payment proceeds of the Instruments collected under the Facility and/or from where the pay-outs shall be made by the Bank to the Client.
