Plan Administration Purposes means administration functions performed by the Employer on behalf of the Plan, such as quality assurance, claims processing and appeals, auditing, and monitoring. Plan administration functions do not include functions performed by the Employer in connection with any other benefit or benefit plan of the Employer or any employment-related actions or decisions.
