  • Nothing in this Implementation Agreement shall obligate Virginia Power to provide access to, copies of, or information from any such system except to the extent reasonable and necessary to establish the PJM South Region and integrate Virginia Power’s transmission system into the PJM system and markets.

Related to PJM South Region

  • PJM Region shall have the meaning specified in the Operating Agreement. PJM Tariff, Xxxxxx, O.A.T.T., OATT or PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff: “PJM Tariff,” “Tariff,” “O.A.T.T.,” “OATT,” or “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff” shall mean that certain PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.

  • Service Territory means the geographic area within which PG&E as a Utility Distribution Company is authorized and required to provide electric transmission and distribution service.
