Physician Owner definition

Physician Owner means a physician, podiatrist, dentist licensed by the New Mexico board of dental health care pursuant to Section 61-5A-12NMSA 1978, or any other person licensed in New Mexico as a health care practitioner permitted by the hospital to refer, admit or treat hospital patients, and who has a financial interest in the hospital.
Physician Owner means each Physician Employee who is a member of Provider.
Physician Owner means any physician, dentist or podiatrist who holds an ownership or investment interest in a Tenet Facility, whether it be through equity, debt or other approved means.

Physician Owner means any physician, dentist or podiatrist who holds an ownership or investment interest in a Tenet ASC, whether through equity, debt or other means.
