Personal Property Securities Act or PPSA definition

Personal Property Securities Act or PPSA means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).
Personal Property Securities Act or PPSA means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 as amended from time to time.
Personal Property Securities Act or PPSA means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth). "Services" mean the whole of the operations undertaken by the Company in respect of the Goods.

  • Intellectual Property Security Agreement means the Intellectual Property Security Agreement dated as of the Closing Date among the Loan Parties and the Collateral Agent, granting a Lien in the Intellectual Property and certain other assets of the Loan Parties, as amended and in effect from time to time.

  • Uncertificated Securities Regulations means the Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001;

  • POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 as may be amended from time to time;

  • Liquor Act means the Liquor Act 2007 and any regulation made under the Liquor Act 2007. Any reference to a provision of the Liquor Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Liquor Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.

  • the 1981 Act which means the Compulsory Purchase (Vesting Declarations) Act 1981.

  • Public Utilities Act means the Illinois Public Utilities Act, 220 ILCS 5.

  • the 1993 Act means the Pension Schemes Act 1993; “the 1995 Act” means the Pensions Act 1995;

  • Public organic record means a record that is available to the public for inspection and is:

  • SEBI Act or “Act” means the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992;

  • the 1991 Act means the Water Industry Act 1991(a);

  • the 1992 Act means the Local Government Finance Act 1992;

  • the Statutes means the Companies Act and every other act (as may from time to time be amended) for the time being in force in Bermuda applying to or affecting the Company, the Memorandum of Association and/or these presents;
