Permitted Extension definition

Permitted Extension means an extension of a Scheduled Contract Payment in the ordinary course of business for reasons unrelated to an Obligor's creditworthiness for a period not to exceed 2 months.
Permitted Extension means an extension, an amendment or a replacement (whether effected through entry into new agreements and instruments or amendment of existing agreements and instruments, and whether with the same or different lenders) of the Interim Credit Agreement through a date not later than November 1, 2006, so long as (i) the aggregate availability thereunder does not exceed $3.0 billion, (ii) the terms thereof (other than the interest rates and other fees applicable thereunder) shall be substantially similar to those of the Interim Credit Agreement, (iii) the loans outstanding thereunder may be prepaid without premium or penalty, other than customary “breakage” fees associated with the prepayment of short-term loans on which interest accrues at rates based on the rates quoted in inter-bank markets and (iv) the facility is unsecured;

Examples of Permitted Extension in a sentence

  • As such, Seller shall have demonstrated Commercial Operation per the terms of Appendix IV-2 by the date that is no later than twenty-four (24) months after the Effective Date of this Agreement, except as such date may be extended on a day for day basis for not more than a cumulative six (6) month period for a Permitted Extension (the “Guaranteed Commercial Operation Date”).
