Permanent Fare definition

Permanent Fare has the meaning given to it in the Ticketing and Settlement Agreement;
Permanent Fare means a Fare which is included in the records of the RSP in accordance with the Ticketing and Settlement Agreement and which is not a Special Fare or a Temporary fare;
Permanent Fare has the meaning given to it in Clause 4-2(a) below.
