Examples of Pentair Board in a sentence

  • Pentair shall be responsible for the payment of any fees for service on the Pentair Board that are earned at, before, or after the Effective Time, and nVent shall not have any responsibility for any such payments.

  • With respect to nVent Equity Awards held by members of the Pentair Board, service on the Pentair Board shall be treated as service on the nVent Board.
