Payer Contract definition

Payer Contract means a contract entered into by a Payer with OSCIPA that sets the prices and price-related terms between OSCIPA’s Physician members and the Payer;
Payer Contract means a contract between a payer and a physician by which that physician agrees to provide physician services to persons designated by the payer;
Payer Contract means any agreement with a private, state, or federal health care program, including but not limited to the MSSP, a state or local health care program or insurance company, a managed care organization, or another third-party payer (“Payers”) relating to payment for health care goods and services coordinated or furnished by any Network Participant.

  • Contractor agrees to cooperate in the defense of lawsuits or other quasi-legal actions arising from work performed under this Contract or any other applicable Payer Contract.

Payer Contract means a contract between YNHHS/WH and/or YNHHS/MMH/RGH and a Payer pursuant to which YNHHS/WH and/or YNHHS/MMH/RGH agree to provide or arrange for the provision of health care services to enrollees of the Payer’s commercial health insurance products.
Payer Contract means an agreement between MIHS and a Payer or funder, pursuant to which XXXX agrees to provide or arrange to provide Covered Services to Members, Patients, or Beneficiaries. Plan means a health benefits plan under which a Payer/Funder has contracted with MIHS to provide or arrange to provide Covered Services to enrolled Members, Beneficiaries or Patients.
