Payer Contract definition

Payer Contract means a contract entered into by a Payer with OSCIPA that sets the prices and price-related terms between OSCIPA’s Physician members and the Payer;

Payer Contract means a contract between a payer and a physician by which that physician agrees to provide physician services to persons designated by the payer;

Payer Contract means any agreement with a private, state, or federal health care program, including but not limited to the MSSP, a state or local health care program or insurance company, a managed care organization, or another third-party payer (“Payers”) relating to payment for health care goods and services coordinated or furnished by any Network Participant.

• Contractor agrees to cooperate in the defense of lawsuits or other quasi-legal actions arising from work performed under this Contract or any other applicable Payer Contract.

• Each party shall supply to the other party, upon request, any available information that is relevant to this Contract or any other applicable Payer Contract and to the performance of the parties hereunder.

• The Contractor agrees to retain all financial books, records, and other documents pertaining to this Contract or any other applicable Payer Contract for at least six years after final payment or until six years after the resolution of any audit questions or disputes.

• Valleywise Health and its officers and employees shall not be liable for any act or omission by the Contractor occurring in the performance under this Contract or any other applicable Payer Contract, nor shall Valleywise Health be liable for purchases or contracts made by the Contractor in anticipation of funding hereunder.

More Definitions of Payer Contract

Payer Contract means a contract between YNHHS/WH and/or YNHHS/MMH/RGH and a Payer pursuant to which YNHHS/WH and/or YNHHS/MMH/RGH agree to provide or arrange for the provision of health care services to enrollees of the Payer’s commercial health insurance products.

Payer Contract means an agreement between MIHS and a Payer or funder, pursuant to which XXXX agrees to provide or arrange to provide Covered Services to Members, Patients, or Beneficiaries. Plan means a health benefits plan under which a Payer/Funder has contracted with MIHS to provide or arrange to provide Covered Services to enrolled Members, Beneficiaries or Patients.

Payer Contract means a contract between SVMC Holdings and a Payer pursuant to which SVMC Holdings agrees to provide or arrange for the provision of health care services to enrollees of the Payer’s commercial health insurance products and/or the Payer’s Managed Medicare Insurance Products.
