Parole Board Hearing definition

Parole Board Hearing means a hearing that is heard before the Parole Board;
Parole Board Hearing means a hearing that is heard before the Parole Board at which that board has the power to direct release;
Parole Board Hearing means any hearing before the Parole Board in a Parole Board Case that is not a Parole Board Reconsideration Hearing or a Parole Board Set Aside Hearing;
