Parent Order definition

Parent Order means a written request or order signed in the name of Parent by the chairman of the Board of Directors or the president or any vice president, the controller or assistant controller and the treasurer or assistant treasurer or the secretary or any assistant secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.
Parent Order means a written request or order signed in the name of the Parent by any two Officers.
Parent Order means an order that seeks to achieve the performance of a specified benchmark over a specified period of time for a specified security where all terms are specified by the Member. Parent Orders are not executable upon entry but will provide detail required to enable a Model to generate one or more executable Child Orders.

Examples of Parent Order in a sentence

  • All cancelled CVRs held by the Trustee shall be destroyed and a certificate of destruction shall be issued by the Trustee to Parent, unless otherwise directed by a Parent Order.

  • All cancelled Global Securities held by the Trustee shall be destroyed and a certificate of destruction shall be issued by the Trustee to Parent, unless otherwise directed by a Parent Order.

  • In the case of Global Securities, such Parent Order shall be accompanied by Global Securities executed by Parent and delivered to the Trustee for authentication in accordance with such Parent Order.

  • Parent shall cause the applicable Parent Companies to perform each Parent PO in accordance with the respective specifications or scope of work set forth, or to be set forth, as the case may be, in the applicable Parent Order under the Shared Contract (Spinco Companies) with respect thereto and in accordance with the terms and conditions and at the same prices applicable to such Parent PO.
