They form no part of this Assignment and shall not affect its construction or interpretation. All references to paragraphs or subparagraphs of this Assignment refer to the corresponding paragraphs and subparagraphs of this Assignment. All words used herein shall be construed to be of such gender or number as the circumstances require. This "Assignment" shall each mean this Assignment as a whole and as the same may from time to time hereafter be amended or modified.
