Paper Coupons definition

Paper Coupons means paper coupons printed out from the card receiver machine and not being recorded on a Computer Chip. The Cardholder can redeem a Coupon at participating stores for special privileges and Benefits when purchasing goods or services under the terms and conditions specified on the Paper Coupon.

In the event that a defeased obligation which is an S&P Eligible Asset does not meet the criteria of an Escrowed Bond, such Municipal Obligation will be deemed to remain in the Issue Type Category into which it fell prior to such defeasance.
