Talons definition

Talons mean talons for further Coupons or, as the context may require, a specific number of them and includes any replacement Talons issued pursuant to the Conditions;
Talons means the talons (if any) appertaining to, and exchangeable in accordance with the provisions therein contained for further Coupons appertaining to, the Definitive Notes (other than the Zero Coupon Notes), such talons being in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part VI of the Second Schedule or in such other form as may be agreed between the relevant Issuer, the Agent, the Trustee and the relevant Dealer(s) and includes any replacements for Talons issued pursuant to Condition 11;

Examples of Talons in a sentence

  • Any reference herein to Coupons or coupons shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be deemed to include a reference to Talons or talons.

  • The Bondholder must surrender each Exchangeable Bearer Bond to be exchanged, together with all unmatured Coupons and Talons relating to it, at the specified office of a Transfer Agent.

  • The Bonds, Coupons and Talons will rank pari passu with any present or future indebtedness of EIB represented by any unsubordinated and unsecured notes or bonds.

  • Any such changes or additions shall, in the absence of manifest error, be binding on the holders of Notes, Coupons and Talons and shall be notified to holders of Notes in accordance with Condition 14 as soon as practicable thereafter.
