Book-Entry Bonds definition

Book-Entry Bonds. Beneficial interests in the Bonds, ownership and transfers of which shall be made through book entries by the Depository as described in Section 4.06
Book-Entry Bonds means the Bonds for which a Depository or its Nominee is the Bondholder.
Book-Entry Bonds means the Bonds registered in the name of the nominee of DTC, or any successor securities depository for such Bonds, as the registered owner thereof pursuant to the terms and provisions of Section 2.11 hereof.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, to the extent the Bonds are Book Entry Bonds, the provisions of Section 2.11 shall govern the exchange and registration of Bonds.

  • Unless the Bonds are Book Entry Bonds, payments of interest on the Bonds and redemption of the Bonds shall be paid by check or draft mailed to the registered owner thereof as of the applicable Record Date at such owner’s address as it appears on the registration books maintained by the Trustee on the applicable Record Date or at such other address as is furnished to the Trustee in writing by such owner.

Book-Entry Bonds. Bonds of a Series for which the related Terms Indenture provides that ownership and transfers of beneficial ownership interests in such Bonds shall be made through book entries by the Depository, as described in Section 2.12 hereof; provided, however, that after the occurrence of a condition whereupon book-entry registration is no longer permitted, Definitive Bonds shall be issued to the Bond Owners of such Bonds and such Bonds shall no longer be "Book-Entry Bonds."
