Palm Test definition
Palm Test means a Product incorporating a test to determine skin Sterol levels for use in the Consumer Field as contemplated by the prototype drawings and summary in Appendix I.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, IMI may, but shall not have the obligation, to develop any Product other than the Palm Test and the Tape Test, but may have the option to so develop other Products upon the mutual written agreement of the Parties.
