PACE solicitor definition

PACE solicitor means a person authorized by a program administrator to solicit a property owner to enter into an assessment contract.
PACE solicitor means a person authorized by a PACE provider to solicit a property owner to enter into an assessment contract. A “PACE solicitor agent” means an individual who is employed or retained by, and acts on behalf of, a PACE solicitor to solicit a property owner to enter into an assessment contract. “PACE solicitor” and “PACE solicitor agent” do not include any of the following:

Examples of PACE solicitor in a sentence

  • A PACE solicitor, when enrolled by a person licensed as a program administrator and acting pursuant to an agreement with that program administrator licensee.

  • The disapproval of a training program shall not affect the enrollment status of a PACE solicitor agent who has already completed the training program, but the Commissioner may require revised training materials be provided to PACE solicitor agents for any segment of training determined to be materially deficient because it fails to comply with the law, is misleading, or is inaccurate.

  • Purchaser’s Solicitors means Xxxxx & XxXxxxxx of 000 Xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0X 0XX;

  • Professional Investor means an investor who possesses the experience, knowledge and expertise to make its own investment decisions and properly assess the risks that it incurs. Professional investors include, among others, entities which are required to be authorised or regulated to operate in the financial markets, large undertakings, and other institutional investors whose main activity is to invest in financial instruments;

  • Telephone solicitation means any voice communication over a telephone for the purpose of encouraging the recipient of the call to purchase, rent, or invest in goods or services during that telephone call. Telephone solicitation does not include any of the following:

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.

  • Direct response solicitation means a solicitation through a sponsoring or endorsing entity or individually solely through mails, telephone, the Internet or other mass communication media.

  • Counsel means a barrister and/or solicitor or a firm of barristers and/or solicitors retained by the Warrant Agent or retained by the Corporation, which may or may not be counsel for the Corporation;

  • General Solicitation and “General Advertising” means “general solicitation” and “general advertising”, respectively, as used under Rule 502(c) of Regulation D, including, without limitation, advertisements, articles, notices or other communications published in any newspaper, magazine or similar media or the internet or broadcast over radio or television or the internet, or any seminar or meeting whose attendees had been invited by general solicitation or general advertising;

  • Due Diligence Service Provider As defined in Section 12.13(l) of this Agreement.

  • Commercial solid waste means all types of solid waste generated by stores, offices, restaurants, warehouses, and other nonmanufacturing activities, excluding residential and industrial wastes.

  • Purchaser Counsel has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).

  • Due Diligence Review means the performance by Buyer of any or all of the reviews permitted under Section 44 hereof with respect to any or all of the Loans or Seller or related parties, as desired by Buyer from time to time.
