PACA Commodities definition

PACA Commodities shall have the meaning given in Section 7.9(a).
PACA Commodities as defined in Section 10.1.11(a).

  • Require that any Non-Affiliate PACA Contracts, or any provisions under any contract or agreement that constitutes a Non-Affiliate PACA Contract, executed on or after the Closing Date, provide for payment terms of not more than 30 days after receipt and acceptance (as defined in 7 U.S.C. Sections 46.46(a) and 46.2(dd)) of any shipment of PACA Commodities sold under such Non-Affiliate PACA Contract.

  • Require that any Non-Affiliate PACA Contracts, or any provisions under any contract or agreement that constitutes a Non-Affiliate PACA Contract, executed on or after the Effective Date, provide for payment terms of not more than 30 days after receipt and acceptance (as defined in 7 U.S.C.   • Bulk commodities means the following commodities, when shipped in rail tank cars, tanker trucks, trailers, other bulk wheeled conveyances, or pipelines:

  • Commodities means positions in Commodity Contracts, forward contracts, foreign exchange positions and traded physical commodities, as well as cash commodities resulting from any of the foregoing positions.

  • Physical Commodities means any physical commodity with respect to which a Commodity Interest is traded on a market specified in the definition of Commodity Shares above.

  • Commodity means any material, article, supply, goods, or equipment.

  • Liquefied natural gas or “LNG” means natural gas that has been liquefied.

  • Commodities Accounts (i) shall mean all “commodity accounts” as defined in Article 9 of the UCC and (ii) shall include, without limitation, all of the accounts listed on Schedule 4.4 under the heading “Commodities Accounts” (as such schedule may be amended or supplemented from time to time).

  • Associated Natural Gas or “ANG” means Natural Gas produced in association with Crude Oil either as free gas or in solution, if such Crude Oil can by itself be commercially produced.

  • Commodity Futures Trading Commission means the independent regulatory agency established by congress to administer the Commodity Exchange Act.

  • Financial Futures Contract means the firm commitment to buy or sell fixed income securities including, without limitation, U.S. Treasury Bills, U.S. Treasury Notes, U.S. Treasury Bonds, domestic bank certificates of deposit, and Eurodollar certificates of deposit, during a specified month at an agreed upon price.

  • Ocean transportation means any transportation aboard a ship, vessel, boat, barge, or ferry through international waters.

  • Futures means a futures contract which gives the buyer the obligation to purchase a specific asset, and the seller to sell and deliver that asset at a specific future date, unless such contract is terminated prior to such date for any reason;

  • International air transportation means transportation by air between a place in the United States and a place outside the United States or between two places both of which are outside the United States.

  • Commodity contract means a commodity futures contract, an option on a commodity futures contract, a commodity option, or another contract if the contract or option is:

  • Financial Crime Risk Management Activity means any action to meet Compliance Obligations relating to or in connection with the detection, investigation and prevention of Financial Crime that the Bank or members of the HSBC Group may take.

  • Manufactured home community means the same as land-leased community defined in sections 335.30A and 414.28A.

  • Futures Contract means a Financial Futures Contract and/or Stock Index Futures Contracts.

  • Commodity Agreements means, in respect of any Person, any forward contract, commodity swap agreement, commodity option agreement or other similar agreement or arrangement in respect of Hydrocarbons used, produced, processed or sold by such Person that are customary in the Oil and Gas Business and designed to protect such Person against fluctuation in Hydrocarbon prices.

  • Perishable goods means personal property maintained under controlled conditions for its preservation, and susceptible to loss or damage if the controlled conditions change.
