Bulk commodities definition

Bulk commodities means the following commodities, when shipped in rail tank cars, tanker trucks, trailers, other bulk wheeled conveyances, or pipelines:
Bulk commodities means all commodities carried in open or covered hopper cars and all commodities carried in tank cars.
