Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;
Tribal Member means an enrolled member of the Tribe.
Structural member means any load-supporting member of a facility, such as beams and load-supporting walls, or any nonload-supporting member, such as ceilings and nonload-supporting walls.
General Member means a member subject to the provisions of
Neutral Member has the meaning provided in Section 2. 1(f)(ii) of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.
Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member (except to the extent the Managing Member holds Non-Managing Member Units).
Managing Member means CEF Equipment Holding, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company or any successor Managing Member under the Issuer Limited Liability Company Agreement.
Owner Representative means that Person or Persons designated by Owner in a written notice to Contractor who shall have complete authority to act on behalf of Owner on all matters pertaining to the Work, including giving instructions and making changes in the Work. The Owner Representative as of the Contract Date is designated in Section 4.9.
Owner/Operator means a requirement applies to the owner and/or operator of a TRU or TRU gen set, as determined by agreement or contract between the parties if the two are separate business entities.
Initial Member has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.
Council Member means a member of the Council;
Managing Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(a).
appointed member means a member referred to in section 5(1)(a) or (b);
Original member of this retirement system means:
crew member means a person assigned by an operator to duty on an aircraft during a flight duty period;
Special Member means, upon such person's admission to the Company as a member of the Company pursuant to Section 5(c), a person acting as Independent Director, in such person's capacity as a member of the Company. A Special Member shall only have the rights and duties expressly set forth in this Agreement.
Owner or operator means any person who owns, leases, operates, controls, or supervises a stationary source.
Constructing Entity means either the Transmission Owner or the New Services Customer, depending on which entity has the construction responsibility pursuant to Tariff, Part VI and the applicable Construction Service Agreement; this term shall also be used to refer to an Interconnection Customer with respect to the construction of the Customer Interconnection Facilities. ☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).
Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.
Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.
Existing Manager means THR Property Management L.P.
Consenting working interest owner means any working interest owner who enters into an agreement with SWN pertaining to the operation of the Posey B Unit.
Sub-Manager Any Person with which the Property Manager or the Special Servicer has entered into a Sub-Management Agreement.
Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.
Owner-builder means an owner or lessor of real property who, by himself or by or through others, constructs or has constructed or reconstructs or has reconstructed any improvement to real property.
