Over Agreement Payment definition

Over Agreement Payment means a payment that is in excess of the rates provided for in this Agreement including those made in accordance with clause 14.2; and
Over Agreement Payment means any payment that is in excess of the rates contained in this Agreement and/or the Building and Construction General On-Site Award 2010.
Over Agreement Payment means the amount (whether it be termed "over- Agreement payment", "attendance bonus", "service increment", or any term whatsoever) which an Employee would received in excess of the Agreement rate of pay for the classification in which such an Employee is engaged.
