Outstanding Senior Subordinated Notes means Senior Subordinated ------------------------------------- Notes other than Repurchased Senior Subordinated Notes.
Outstanding Senior Subordinated Notes means the 7 5/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2012, 6 1/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2013, the 6 1/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2014, 5 7/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2015 and the 6 3/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2015 issued by L-3 Communications and guaranteed by certain of its Subsidiaries.
Outstanding Senior Subordinated Notes means the $150.0 million in aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 10 3/8% senior subordinated notes due 2012 issued in June 2002, the $35.0 million in aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 10 3/8% senior subordinated notes due 2012 issued in April 2003, the $125.0 million in aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 7 1/2% senior subordinated notes due 2011, and the $200.0 million in aggregate principal amount of the Company’s 7 1/2% senior subordinated notes due 2015.
