Outbound License Agreements definition

Outbound License Agreements has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.18(e).
Outbound License Agreements means all Contracts under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries grants to a third party any rights under or with respect to any Intellectual Property.
Outbound License Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(d).
