Originator Receivable definition

Originator Receivable means the indebtedness of any Obligor resulting from the provision or sale of merchandise, insurance or services by the Originator under a Contract (other than Excluded Receivables), and includes the right to payment of any interest or finance charges and other obligations of such Obligor with respect thereto.
Originator Receivable means the indebtedness of any Obligor (whether present or future and whether a claim, book debt or a receivable) resulting from the provision or sale of merchandise, insurance or services by any Originator under a Contract (whether constituting an account, instrument, chattel paper or general intangible), and which, (i) includes the right to payment of any Finance Charges and other obligations of such Obligor with respect thereto and, (ii) in respect of such a claim, book debt or receivable indebtedness, the Obligor of which has a billing address in Canada, includes GST; provided, however, that the term “Originator Receivable” shall not include (x) any such indebtedness originated by ACSC, the Obligor of which has a billing address that is not in Canada or the United States or any such indebtedness originated by ACI, the Obligor of which has a billing address that is not in any Approved Country or (y) any portion of any such indebtedness, the Obligor of which has a billing address in Canada, that constitutes PST.
Originator Receivable means the indebtedness of any Obligor resulting from the provision or sale of merchandise, insurance or services by an Originator under a Contract, and includes the right to payment of any interest or finance charges and other obligations of such Obligor with respect thereto; provided, however, that from and after the MPU 43 Release Effective Date, “Originator Receivable” shall not include any MPU 43 Receivables.

  • If additional information is requested by the Obligor as to a xxxx or supporting claim documents, the Borrower will cause the applicable Originator to promptly provide the same and, if any error has been made with respect to such information, cause the applicable Originator to promptly correct the same and, if necessary, to rebill such Originator Receivable.

Originator Receivable means the indebtedness owed to any Originator by any Obligor (without giving effect to any purchase under the Purchase and Sale Agreement by The Wackenhut Corporation and any purchase under the Receivables Purchase Agreement by Wackenhut Funding Corporation, in each case, at any time) under a Contract.
