Warranty Receivable definition

Warranty Receivable means a Receivable which the Seller is required to repurchase pursuant to Section 3.02.
Warranty Receivable means a Receivable purchased by the Seller pursuant to Section 2.03(c).
Warranty Receivable. A Receivable that the Warranty Purchaser has become obligated to repurchase pursuant to Section 2.04 of the Trust Sale Agreement.

More Definitions of Warranty Receivable

Warranty Receivable means a Receivable purchased as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period by the Seller pursuant to Section 3.02.
