Orange IP Service definition

Orange IP Service means an IP connectivity service (i.e. Business VPN Corporate, Business VPN Small, or Business VPN Satellite Service, as the case may be) provided by Orange to connect the Location to Business Talk. For clarity, the Orange IP Service is a separate Service from Business Talk.

  • Customer will elect to receive either the IP Trunking or TDM Trunking option with IP Access, as identified in the Orders for the Orange IP Service and Business Talk, provided that TDM Trunking is not available on IP Access Internet.The IP Trunking option supports Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) signaling and IP voice media of the IP telephony system used by Customer.

  • The point of demarcation for Business Talk will be the same as that for the Orange IP Service provided by Orange at the Location.

  • The Orange IP Service is described in a separate Service Description, and the Charges for the Orange IP Service are in addition to the Charges for Business Talk.

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • Commercial Service means service to Customers engaged primarily in the sale of goods or services including institutions and local, sate and federal government agencies for uses other than those involving manufacturing or electric power generation.

  • Diagnostic source assembly means the tube housing assembly with a beam-limiting device attached.

  • Analytical x-ray system means a group of components utilizing x-rays to determine the elemental composition or to examine the microstructure of materials.
